You can access Jira through a web browser or mobile app (iOS and Android). There is no desktop application.
In Jira, a project is a collection of tasks related to a specific product, team, or business goal. Projects can be treated as a container for organizing and tracking these tasks across the team. Jira organizes work into different work items, each representing a specific kind of task:

AI
Atlassian is integrating AI deeply across its product suite through Atlassian Intelligence.
